Ice Breaker / Welcome Reception

Wednesday, September 21st, 18h30-20h00

The Ice Breaker / Welcome Reception will take place at the Cafe Concerto, Centro Cultural Vila Flor (the conference venue), starting at 18h30.
The IPIN'2011 programme includes some free time before the Ice Breaker - we advise participants to use that free time to go and leave all the bags at hotels.
Ice Breaker is not a meal - only some appetizers and drinks will be served. After the Welcome Reception, participants can have dinner in one of the many restaurants available in town.

Cultural Programme

We invite IPIN'2011 participants to take part of an inovative experience that was developed specialy for IPIN in a partnership with Guimarães 2012 European Capital of Culture.

An overview of this activity will be presented on September 22, during the Posters Session (14H15, Auditorium A).

Gala Dinner
