Registration Fees

       * Early registration until July 15th, 2011.
       (1) Participants must provide evidence of this status at the conference desk.

Cancellation

   All cancellation requests need to be made via e-mail to ipin2011@dsi.uminho.pt on or before the 31 August 2011. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees (less a €50 administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut-off date will not be granted.

Author Registration

   Author registration deadline is 11:59pm GMT, June 30th, 2011. Each accepted paper (short paper, poster, full paper, demo) has to have one author registered as a full (non-student) or IEEE/GRSS member participant.
   IPIN's goal is to annually bring together the research community that works on indoor positioning and indoor navigation. Thus, a full registration covers only one accepted paper. Authors, who have several accepted papers, must register one different author for each paper.

Visa

   Visa request letters will be sent only to authors that will present a paper (short paper, poster, full paper, demo) and will be sent only after their registration is completed.

Discounted Registration Fee

   A discounted registration fee is available for members of the IEEE and for member of GRSS. Discounts are also available for students (see table above).
